REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Address
Approved returns will be sent to the address provided in your return approval email. Please do not ship items back without first contacting us.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before submitting a request.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order once the return is approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received: unused, unworn, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

BOGO & Promotional Offer Returns
For Buy One, Get One (BOGO) promotions, free gifts, or any offer that includes a complimentary item, the following rules apply:

- All items included in the promotion must be returned together to receive a full refund.
- If the purchased item is returned without the promotional item, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund.
- If the promotional item is returned without the purchased item, no refund or credit will be issued.
- Partial returns of promotional bundles are not permitted unless explicitly stated in the offer terms.
